I grew up next door to this land.
Home, for me, has always meant this corner of Happy Valley. I was raised right beside this property, and my mother lives there still. So when the chance came to develop its last open parcel, it was never just another project. It was personal.
Vitmar Heights honors my father, Vitaly Martinov, a custom builder respected across the Pacific Northwest for craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality. His work earned recognition at the 2007 Street of Dreams, and the houses he delivered are still cherished by those who live in them.
In October 2025, my father passed away unexpectedly at just 46 years old. His absence left a lasting mark on our family, and with it a responsibility: to carry forward the values he lived by. Hard work, excellence, faith, and serving others well.
Today I continue that legacy through Grandridge Development. While I also help lead the cabinet company he founded, Vitmar Heights carries a meaning all its own. It is the first community created in his name, rising on the very ground where my story began.
Every decision here follows the principles he instilled in us: build with integrity, hold the highest standard, and steward each opportunity the Lord entrusts to us. My hope is that the families who make Vitmar Heights their own will feel his influence for generations to come.
