Built on a Family Legacy
For Edward Martinov, home has always meant this corner of Happy Valley. He was raised right beside this property, and his mother lives there still. So when the chance came to develop its last open parcel, it was never just another project. It was personal.
Vitmar Heights honors his father, Vitaly Martinov, a custom builder respected across the Pacific Northwest for craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality. His work earned recognition at the 2006 Street of Dreams, and the houses he delivered are still cherished by those who live in them.
In October 2025, Vitaly passed away unexpectedly at just 46 years old. His absence left a lasting mark on the family, and with it a responsibility: to carry forward the values he lived by. Hard work, excellence, faith, and serving others well.
Today, that legacy continues through Grandridge Development. While the family cabinet business remains an important part of that story, Vitmar Heights stands as a legacy of its own: the first community created in his name, built on the very land where it all began.
Every decision is guided by the values Vitaly lived by: doing the right thing, never compromising on quality, and faithfully stewarding every opportunity the Lord provides. It’s our hope that the families who call Vitmar Heights home will experience those values for generations to come.
